[squid-users] Again Wccp , Squid

Well again have a problem regrding wccp.

It works good but first problem is ;

Some times it seems thats its getting slow ,router
network traffic , cpu load and and mem is not over its
as usual,But browsing is slower the if we go through
the squid.

2nd, some time you enter the www.yahoo.com and the
browser shows looking for yahoo and remain looking
condition and then "page can not be displayed" but
simple refreshing or re entering ,open the require
page.

I am not sure why its happening ,may be some of u can
help me.
