 Hm, the no route to host error is more fundamental and low level.
 It means that your SQUID box can not reach the remote webserver
 at the IP level.
 Checkout the following interesting tool :

    http://visualroute.visualware.com/

 It seems that currently the site is up and running.
 It is located in Lexington US and is running Microsoft IIS/4.0
