Squid is a proxy that has some code for returning a file if it comes
across an error. To do anything fancy, you need a web server running
somewhere and change the file returned by squid to refer to a page on that
webserver, eg by sending a redirect. Not sure what info you'd be able to
pass back to the browser though.
