When I check the remote DNS server from the console I get thee ip address
return, looks good.
But when I check access.log I see:

1019479288.737 23656 192.168.208.141 TCP_MISS/000 0 GET
http://www.hotmail.com/ - NONE/ - -

And I see that with every url which is requested.

 Check the remote DNS server, also with :

 % nslookup www.microsoft.com ip-number-of-dns-server (e.g.).

 Check also wether SQUID reports, fundmanental errors
 in the DNS checking phase during startup.
