That's what I'm doing right now. The problem is that I'm writing a user
interface where you can manage users by group and every group has
restrictions by various acl flavours. (domain, site, url, file extension,
browser, working time and free time policy).

This way I have to create http_access blocks of several lines for every
group. With single time definitions this requires 1 to 5 time definitions
with as many 'blocks'.

The shame is that lately I don't have the time to write the appropriate
patch :(
