hi,

By default squid does not support all the WebDAV methods. Exchange 2000 uses
webDAV ( extension of HTTP 1.1 ) methods.

look for "extension_methods" tag in squid.conf file.
enable this tag with

extension_methods SEARCH, PROPFIND, PROPATCH, MKCOL, SUBSCRIBE

It should work.
