TomC,

I would imagine that perhaps the option to always remember passwords
could have inadvertently been taken when browsing to a site in the past.
So, when you move into that password protected section of the
www.testing.com page, your browser automagically inputs your username and
password.

Since, I have never used that feature, I am uncertain as to how to
disable it. I would imagine that it is located within the Tools->Internet
Options... window for IE 6.0.

Hmm.. It appears to be located in the "Content" tab after you click on
the button listed as AutoComplete. It is pretty self-explanatory from
that point.

        Good luck.

Subject: [squid-users] url problem

hi all,
i have a url http://www.testing.com and it give out a log in prompt page.
after i log into an account, the url become
http://www.testing.com/abcudfhsfh=sdfnsjgnds?fsjsvg
someting like that. But, when i close the IE 6 and open again then type
www.testing.com and press Enter
the url automatically change to
http://www.testing.com/abcudfhsfh=sdfnsjgnds?fsjsvg without getting the
log in prompt and access the user account web page. If i bypass proxy
setting, this won't happen.
Why?
Thank You
