[squid-users] write FD 10 failed?

Hi list,

I've installed a 2.4p6 Squid over a 2.4p3 Squid a couple
of days ago. The old one was installed in a chroot-En-
vironment and I just installed the other one right on
top of it. The config-File remained the same, so I thought
it wouldn't be much of an issue.

Yet, the cache feels slower now and I see error messages
in my logs (messages as well as cache.log):

16 11:49:08| ctx: enter level 0: '<somepagehere>'
16 11:49:08| unlinkdUnlink: write FD 10 failed: (32) Broken pipe
16 11:49:08| ctx: exit level 0

Googling for "write FD 10 failed" in combination with squid
resulted in a single hit. And that was in Japanese.

Any pointers to where I should look?
Maybe a permission problem somewhere?

thanks in advance,

Roman Dörr
