By using the "mac" ACL type...

Note1: requires a configure option to enable..

Note2: Just as IP addresses, Ethernet addresses can be faked. The
trivial case which do not break anything is to simply route the
traffic via a edgeing router.

Note3: Etherent addresses is only valid on the same LAN segment. If
the traffic passes by a router then the traffic will have the
Ethernet address of the router.
