I have two NIC's

le0 on the internet/DMZ side which is 194.104.116.100
tl0 on the LAN with 10.10.10.150

in /etc/mygate I have 194.104.116.200 as the default gateway, which is on
the Internet/DMZ side.

in squid.conf I have http_port 10.10.10.150:3128 set. So people come in on
Squid on port 3128.

Also :
tcp_outgoing_address 194.104.116.100
udp_incoming_address 10.10.10.150
udp_outgoing_address 194.104.116.100

regards
Wiljoh

(PS: once again i changed the ip address for sec. reasons)

This could be the problem. Does Squid use the same NIC as the ping? On which
NIC is the default GW for the Squid box?
Tell us the IP addresses bound to each interface and the IP configuration.
