Hello Harvey,

If you are using squid-2.4 STABLE or earlier versions, you'll find
auth_modules directory under <squid-src>.
i.e..cd /usr/local/squid-2.4.STABLE6/
For squid-2.5 series, you'll find basic, digest and ntlm modules under
<pathto squid-src>/src/auth/. To use NCSA followup the directory basic.
