[squid-users] parent

Hi,

I configured squid-2.4STABLE6 to use parent squid. And only parent (I mean
that there are no direct connections).

squid.conf:
cache_peer proxy parent 3128 0 no-query

But when I have examined log I see following.

access.log:

What it means "FIRST_UP_PARENT"?
(I'd like that my squid try its own 3MB cache at first. And than try
parent.)
