[squid-users] don't cache "?"

I set my squid not to cache url with "?".
But I read, squid will always validate each object befor give it to the
client.
I'm thinking, since a lot of url with "?" will give the same answer give the
same character after "?" (like goggle and much more), I can cache it also.

My question is, can I do it? or my squid will give wrong answer to my client?
