hi,
i faced the same problem. & i found two ways to do it !
1. some of our ofice pc had proxy settig in browser. so i first deleted all
cookies, offline things etc etc foud in browser & then tried the URL hitting
the refresh button on browser. it did the job !
2. in the FAQ u can find how to use >>> PURGE ... this functionality is
basically command line & as root of ur system u can tell squid to uncache
some sites for eg PURGE http://www.xyz.com/ .. pls check the FAQ for exact
syntax !

hope that helps !
