HTTP does not have an option to change proxy passwords so there is no direct
provision in Squid for changing password.

What you can do do is to run a web server hosting chpasswd.cgi or a similar
CGI program for changing NCSA style password files.. These changes will then
be picked up by Squid automatically the next time the user logs in to the
proxy.
