Re: [squid-users] Squid problem ????

I see two possibilies:

a) You have set tcp_outgoing_address to a invalid address

b) Your server has run out of free unbound local ports.. If on Linux
see /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_port_range

See also cache.log and/or your systems messages syslog file..
