 You may want to have a look at the :

       tcp_incoming_address
       tcp_outgoing_address

 directives in squid.conf.

 Note that SQUID does not deal , in essence with Layer 2 issues,
 or ip Routing since it is not a switch or a router.

 Depending on ISP or Internet related access paths, presumabaly
 many lan cards could be configured, scoping over different ip
 ranges or networks,concerning Internet access from your box.

 But that is not a SQUID issue.
