Hi All,

Seems to have been an ACL problem. While I have not
changed my ACLs, the logic must have changed. Strange.

While no one responded to my post, I thought I'd share
my solution in case someone has the problem in the
future.

http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
to
http_access allow CONNECT SSL_ports
