[squid-users] why I can´t connected by ftp

Hi friends.

Why I try to connected with IE, by FTP to other sitie for
example

ftp://ftp.redhat.com but never can connected always
refused the conections, someone can I help, the squid
proxy could to be some proble with the service ftp, the
port 21 it is open, because i go to my server and use the
utility wget -v and can I conected the sitie ftp.
