In this case it is possible to use the iptables command :
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p tcp --dport ftp -j
REDIRECT --to-port 3128
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p tcp --dport ftp_data -j
REDIRECT --to-port 3128

to cache all ftp query ?
