Or as pointed out before in this thread: You might be able to use the
deny_info URL extension
<http://devel.squid-cache.org/old_projects.html#deny_info_url> to
send a redirect to the browser redirecting it to a good error page
(hopefully this won't be limited). This feature is included in
Squid-2.6, but also exists as a patch to Squid-2.5.
