Which is not disallowed, but rude.. assuming they first send the response
ofcrouse.

SHOULD not have any effect on the current response, only for future requests
to the same server. The timeout is only a hint to the client (user-agent or
proxy) that the connection will be closed in at most 10 seconds, and that the
client should not attempt to reuse the connection if this interval has almost
expired.

Should perhaps note that Squid ignores any timeout value.
