[squid-users] A new problem

Hello my dear squid user,

I'm running Squid as a transparent proxy on Linux.
When I access my local web server which is running on
Squid machine it's displaying the message access is
denied. like this

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://202.165.246.26/

The following error was encountered:

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request
from being allowed at this time. Please contact your
service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

Your cache administrator is cache@softel.net.pk.

and in access.log it's showing negative hit.

I have even defiend allow all but it's does'nt work
all other web sites are working fine. but my web
server which is running on Squid is not working.

any solution..
