Not likely to happen. If MS follows form there will be separate patches for
6.0 and 6.0SP1. About the best that could be hoped for is a single patch
that will work for both.

Of course you can always use IEAK to bundle the patch with SP1, but you can
do that as soon as a specific patch is released without waiting for a
cumulative version.
