[squid-users] win2K and modem

Hi all,
I have a question about win2K and squid...
is it possible to access internet via 2 modems
running on win2k box and distribute it to local area
with squid ...
 
    |win2k (squid) <-->LAN
     / \
  modem1 modem2
   | |
    internet

if it is possible where can I get docs?
