Theya re heap replacement policies. You have to specifically compile
heap and then in the configuraion file you have to specify which heap
policy you want.

In my case I have added:
        --enable-removal-policies="lru heap
to configure and:
        cache_replacement_policy heap LFUDA
to squid.conf

This reults in the line:
        Removal policy: heap
appearing in the Store Directory statistics page in Cache Manager.

For further details look at the cache_replacement_policy section in
squid.conf.
