You would probably have a ton better luck posting to an apache ng...

however, you might start with

/opt/apache/bin/httpd -l

and

/opt/apache/bin/httpd -V

to see a) the compiled in modules and b) the settings used the build the
binary.

then try

ldd /opt/apache/libexec/mod_auth_ldap.so

to show dependencies...

if you don't need mod_auth_ldap in your apache server, edit the config
file.

I believe that openldap needs BerkeleyDB unless you are storing the data
in a different database, and have told openldap that when you compiled
it.

(but you would have probably found this out when building openldap.)
