[squid-users] authenticate_ip_ttl_is_strict in ACL?

Hi,

i am using squid proxy server and i am very impressed about the performance,
but I got one major problem.

I defined the options

authenticate_ip_ttl 3600 (one hour)
authenticate_ip_ttl_is_strict on (that's default)

and now I want two things.

First I want to execlude a few admin account fro this option and I want to define a Costum error message when this happens like "Your account is being misused,
please contact the cache administrator". And not the default access denied error message.
I hope there is any solution for this problem.
