What do you mean on the inside network???
When U setting your squid box, you should make rule that only ip from
intranet tha can access the squid, otherwise squid must denied the request
to your squid box
check on
acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
it mean that your squid can be access from outside
change it to your intranet ip
