Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE1
configure
options: --enable-auth=ntlm,basic --enable-basic-auth-helpers=winbind --ena
ble-ntlm-auth-helpers=winbind

Running on RedHat 7.3, both boxes are pretty similarly configured.

I'd guess it could have been another admin doing work if anyone else had the
login :)
