[squid-users] Pinger socket

hi all,
everytime i start squid the folowing error i receive...

2002/11/27 17:48:52| Ready to serve requests.
2002/11/27 17:49:16| icmpRecv: recv: (111) Connection refused
2002/11/27 17:49:16| Closing Pinger socket on FD 14

why so ?.. i have compiled squid with --enable-icmp..

squid version 25s1 and linux kernel 2.4.19 ..
