well, i am using this pre-release in production.

this was the only one which worked with NTLM in my company.
but i will try to install 2.5.STABLE1.

i don't know what else to do.

You are not running this one in production I hope..?? It is a early
pre-release meant for testing only.

Upgrading to 2.5.STABLE1 or later strongly recommended. It is possible
you are bitten by some unknown bugs in such pre-release testing
version.
