src,url*,dstdomain* are safe bets.

dst is somewhat unreliable and may sporadically fail if Squid needs to
do a DNS lookup of the hostname in the URL.

authentication based acl is supposed to also work provided that
authentication has first been enforced in http_access but this is
currently broken. We hope to have this fixed in 2.5.STABLE2 (maybe even
works in the current 2.5 snapshots).
