Note: This option is not available in Squid-2.5. Only in the development
versions of Squid.

Backporting the configure option is almost trivial, however, it affects
a number of things as Squid is then switched to use 64 bit file I/O with
64 bit size_t etc and this configuration have not been extensively
tested on what happens with requests/responses larger than 2GB yet. Also
quite likely there will be formatting issues in cachemgr or logs
sometimes..
