No, squid-2.5.STABLE1-20021113 does not support IPv6.

There is a development patch at http://devel.squid-cache.org/, but it
needs a developer interested in IPv6 keep it up to date. None of the
current developers use IPv6 or have personal interests in keeping the
IPv6 support up to date.

If you are interested in helping with maintaining the IPv6 support for
Squid please contact squid-dev@squid-cache.org
