Depends on which approach you want to use
a) The external_acl based approach shipped with Squid-2.5. See the
documentation included in the Squid distribution (slightly better in the
Squid-2.5 snapshots)
b) The group LDAP auth patch to Squid-2.4 and earlier, with it's own
squid.conf directives and helpers. Link to this can be found from
devel.squid-cache.org I think.
c) One of the group LDAP auth helpers available to Squid. Link to this
can be found from related software I think.
