[squid-users] RedHat Squid Src RPM

Hi All,

I'm trying to build squid-2.4.STABLE6-6.7.3 for RH7.3 from the RedHat src
RPM found at
https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2002-051.html

When I try and build the binary (rpm -ba squid.spec) I get:
error: failed build dependencies:
        sgml-tools is needed by squid-2.4.STABLE6-6.7.3

Problem is I cannot find this RPM anywhere. I have checked my install CD's,
googled, trawled RedHat and RPMFind.

How do I build from this SRC??
