[squid-users] Restriction of Multiple connection

Hi all

iam using redhat linux with squid 2.5
iam able to serve all the people good

iam restricting them using MAC address using Iptable and arp table

but i found some Loops here is, people are installing again winproxy using
single IP and connecting the Lot PC
how to i control them, not to use more the one PC
