Hello!
After compiling squid 2.X (tried 2.5STABLE1,2.4STABLE6, 2.4STABLE7) without problems i got an fatal error starting it!
See below for the Log entry in cache.log:

2003/01/22 10:15:59| Starting Squid Cache version 2.5.STABLE1 for sparc-sun-solaris2.8... 2003/01/22 10:15:59| Process ID 22139

2003/01/22 10:15:59| assertion failed: StatHist.c:93: "((int) floor(0.99L + statHistVal(H, 0) - min)) == 0"

I got these versions of gcc & make:
#######
Reading specs from /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/2.95.3/specs
gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
(tried even gcc3.2)

GNU Make version 3.79.1, by Richard Stallman and Roland McGrath.
Built for sparc-sun-solaris2.8
########

Could you please give advice?
