[squid-users] The requested URL not found

Hi all,
I recently installed squid2.5 stable 1 on solaris 8 sun machine. Often
users are complaining about the below shown error.

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.microsoft.com/mac/

The following error was encountered:

Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.microsoft.com

The dnsserver returned:

Refused: The name server refuses to perform the specified operation.

This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
 Check if the address is correct.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

Please help me.I am unable to solve this problem.I am giving down the configurations
what
i have set in squid.conf

http_port 9000
cache_mem 100M
cache_dir 600 16 256
dnsnameservers 202.54.30.1 202.54.30.2 etc
http allow all

please help me if i have to do some more configuration changes or increase
the cache_dir etc.
almost 150 users have to use the squid.
