[squid-users] Redirector not working in squid rpm Redhat 7.3

the redirector is squidGuard, and squid guards localised tests are working but when going through squid it basically ignores it, the config ie. squidGuard.conf was copied from a working server and the blacklists were downloaded from the squidGuard website

I can see the squidGuard redirector children are started by squid
