There is a document on how to set up Squid+MRTG with a example MRTG
configuration linked from the Squid FAQ, but it appears the site who
hosted this has disappeared.

I myself does not use MRTG, and don't have MRTG configurations
available.

Looking around a little..

Duane has some scripts using rrdtool available at

The MRTG site has some Squid examples in it's HOWTO collection
