By looking at the lines for that day..
If you rotate your log files daily (recommended) then by looking in
the access.log file for the day you are interested in.
If you rotate yoru log files less frequent then your have to isolate
the lines you are interested in by their timestamp (the first
column). See the Squid FAQ on how to make sense of this column.
