I do not think the WCCPv2 patch supports more than one router yet. As I
said previously the WCCPv2 support for Squid is not finished.

How to configure the routers is well described in the Cisco manuals.

Configuration for Squid is mostly the same as for WCCPv1 I suppose. See
the patch for details of changed configuration directives.
