After the download of the sources I've execute this command:

./configure --prefix=/usr --exec_prefix=/usr --bindir=/usr/sbin
---sbindir=/usr/sbin --libexecdir=/usr/lib/squid --sysconfdir=/etc/squid
--localstatedir=/var/spool/squid --datadir=/usr/share/squid
--enable-async-io --enable-arp-acl --enable-snmp --enable-gnuregex
--enable-basic-auth-helpers="PAM MSNT SMB NCSA"

I've try make and after make install.
I've only setup "http_access allow all" and "visible_hostname proxy" into
squid.conf and execute the follow commands:

squid -z
squid -D &

I've commented all other acl and http_access
