[squid-users] Squid & Bind

I am running squid-2.4.STABLE7-4 under RedHat Linux 8.0 on a Pentium III
550Mhz 256MB RAM machine.

My question is, why is it that my squid dies almost every other day? Does
this have any relation having squid and bind (i'm using bind-9.2.1-9) run
on one machine?
Also, i'm using external authenticator in my squid.conf.

Please help.
