LFUDA and GDSF uses LDUDA and GDSF respecively. See the research paper
references in the documentation for details on these two algorithms.

Note: Squid normally uses the LRU algorithm. Not FIFO. It can be said
LRU approximates FIFO for very large caches or that FIFO approximates
LRU for very large caches. In fact all reasonable cache removal
policies approximates LRU for very large caches.
