The release notes mentions most of the functional differences. The
ChangeLog is also a good source of information.

http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.5/bugs/ and
http://www.suqid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.4/bugs/ mentions the bug
fixes. Squid-2.5 bugs listed as "Squid-2.5 and earlier" is relevant
to Squid-2.4 and earlier Squid releases as well.

There is many methods. Which one is best depends a bit on you. The
