[squid-users] ACL's

Hi,this is my authoritation schema

acl auth_users proxy_auth REQUIRED
acl auth_ip src 192.168.2.116

http_access allow auth_users
http_access allow auth_ip
http_access deny all

auth_param basic program /usr/lib/squid/smb_auth -W domain -U IP

I'm trying, some IP's should go through the proxy without validation,
some one know where I'm wrong ???
