acl BADFILES urlpath_regex -i "/usr/local/etc/BLOCKEDFILES"

The -i making the match case insensitive.

In the file BLOCKEDFILES file specified above add the file extensions you
want to block as follows:

\.asf$
\.asx$
\.avi$
\.m3u$

This will block all the file types you specify, hope this helps.
